a poem by Owen Burton
I dreamt a cardboard rocket
Because it didn't require a plug or socket
Just a bit of my imagination,
And Parents that are patient
Coloured pens and a few paints
Invite family round with my mates
Dress up in tin foil and helmets
Touch up the paint, with my felt tips
Countdown from ten if you can
Creating wind with my cooling fan
Dim the lights and draw the curtains
......woosh!!
