a poem by Helen McKee
I dreamt a cardboard rocket flew high up into space, and once it had landed there I realised it had raced...to the winners podium, my name was written there, it did a loop-the-loop high up in the air. For I had won a prize for a poem that I did, it was a cardboard rocket from the fabby Eco-Kids. I know it should be Kid-Eco, but I just ran out of time, to find a cool and brilliant word that actually would rhyme. So now I hope my lovely dream will in fact come true, that's my poem over and for reading I thank you.
