Sarah Turton: I Dreamt a Cardboard Rocket Poem

I dreamt a cardboard rocket ...

a poem by Sarah Turton

I dreamt a cardboard rocket was outside my door. The key in my pocket willing me to explore. I climb aboard and start the engine. Then begins the countdown, now just imagine... The stars, planets, moons that we'll be seeing soon. An alien says hello and how I like your rocket. Try Kid-Eco Cardboard Toys I say, its better than a bopit!!
